The developer’s brochure calls Marina Bay Asia’s global address: Singapore as the region’s financial and commercial powerhouse, home to banks, private equity firms, family offices and sovereign wealth funds. The district extends the older business centre at Raffles Place across reclaimed land around the bay, and the brochure’s map divides it into the existing business district to the north and the new one around the tower.
Its developer, IOI Properties Group, is a neighbour in the district: it built IOI Central Boulevard Towers, a Grade A office development in Marina Bay, and the South Beach mixed-use development on Beach Road.
Offices Within Walking Distance of W Residences Marina View
The brochure’s map of the district marks the commercial towers around the site: the Marina Bay Financial Centre, Marina One, One Raffles Quay, Asia Square, the SGX Centre, IOI Central Boulevard Towers and South Beach. It lists tenants of those buildings as of May 2025, among them DBS, HSBC, Standard Chartered, Citi, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and KKR in finance, PwC and EY in professional services, and Meta, Amazon and ByteDance in technology. The tenants are the brochure’s as at May 2025 and can change.
