The site is a block of its own between three streets: Marina View along its southern side, Union Street to the west and Shenton Lane to the north, according to the key plans in the developer’s floor plan brochure. To the north and east lie the towers of Marina One, Asia Square and the Marina Bay Financial Centre; to the south, the green ribbon of the Central Linear Park, which the developer’s agents’ guide names as the inspiration for the tower’s Central Park reference.

Marina Bay grew from reclaimed land into the extension of the old Central Business District at Raffles Place, and it now holds the newest office towers in the city. The developer’s brochure lists tenants of the surrounding buildings as of May 2025, among them DBS, HSBC, Standard Chartered, Citi, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, KKR, PwC and EY, and technology firms such as Meta, Amazon and ByteDance.
For leisure the bay itself is the draw, with the promenade, Gardens by the Bay and the Marina Barrage, and every year the Formula 1 night race on the Marina Bay Street Circuit, which the developer’s brochure counts among the district’s attractions.
